Maureen Keane Maureen Keane is a Professor, Parent and Professional People-Promoter. As an Executive Coach, College Professor, and Entrepreneur, she has one foot in academia and one in the “real world”. Maureen influences future leaders at Lewis University and Loyola University, designing and delivering undergraduate and graduate courses. Maureen partners with leading-edge companies, including McDonalds, ATI, Martin-Brower, and Reyes, coaching and facilitating trainings in the U.S., and abroad – focusing on Leadership, Communication, Emotional Intelligence and other important life/workplace skills. Maureen spent 16 + years with IBM – thinking, learning, managing and marketing. She earned a Master of Science in Managerial Communication from Northwestern University and is a credentialed MBTI practitioner, and ICF (ACC) Coach.
Anne Bigane Wilson, PE, CPC, is president of both Bigane Paving Co., a fourth-generation family firm specializing in asphalt paving, and Ogden Avenue Materials, Inc., an asphalt manufacturing plant, both serving Chicagoland. Wilson served as President of the American Subcontractors Association. She is a member of the WCOE Chicago Caucus and is a member of the Construction Engineering & Management Advisory Committee at Purdue University.
Wilson has both a Bachelors and Master Degree from Purdue University, in Construction Engineering and Management. Wilson was awarded the ASCE Outstanding Projects & Leaders Award in Construction in 2017. Wilson was awarded the Walter Nashert Lifetime Achievement Award by the American Institute of Constructors for her work in promoting professionalism and ethics in the construction industry. Bigane Paving earned ASA’s National Construction Best Practices Award. She was elected to the National Academy of Construction in 2014. She is the immediate past Chair of the Board of Trustees of Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School.
Nicole Meyers, FPQP™ is an integral part of our business development and marketing team and is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional, FPQP™. She is fluent in the five disciplines of financial planning and general financial planning concepts, and terminology. She is a go to resource for our clients and is dedicated to ensuring our clients expectations are understood and exceeded. In addition, Nicole supports our Private Wealth Advisors during one-on-one and group employee meetings. In 2015, CSIG established the Capital Strategies Women’s Forum and hosts events featuring expert resources to support the personal and professional success of women. Nicole is an active member and supports the marketing and development of Women’s Forum events.

Danielle M. Waltz is a Member in the Banking, Construction, and Government industry groups, focusing primarily on litigation and government relations. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia.
Danielle has a wide range of legal experience, including handling complex multi-party construction matters and litigating commercial banking cases. With many of her clients in the construction industry, she knows the business side of construction as well as the law. Danielle is a natural problem solver who enjoys helping her clients find solutions to their issues, which oftentimes requires tenacity and out-of-the-box thinking. Danielle has published and lectured on construction matters, including authoring the West Virginia portion of the 2009 Defense Research Institute Desk Reference. She is extensively involved in the Defense Research Institute Construction Law Group, holding several leadership positions through the years, including chairing the Construction law Seminar and the DRI Annual Meeting. She also has a great deal of experience in government relations – providing services for local, state, and national business clients. Her government relations clients count on her to help them navigate the passage or defeat of legislation and to develop rapport with elected officials and government agencies. Danielle is the perfect person for this, as she’s a people-person who likes connecting with others. She has a definite knack for bringing people together for mutually beneficial partnerships.
Danielle is AV-rated by Martindale and has been named a WV Super Lawyer for several successive years. She is a graduate of Leadership WV and was named West Virginia State Journal 40 Under 40.
Peggy Newquist (Principal), Constructing Opportunity, brings 30 years of experience in the industry, holds a BS in Construction Engineering, and a MS in Construction Management. Over the span of her career she has created Leadership Development Programs, mentoring programs and resource networks within the industry. Currently a member of the Purdue University, Construction Engineering Department Industry Advisory Committee, she holds several positions with NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction): serving as a Director of the Board of the Chicago Metro chapter, a National Co-chair for the Professional Development & Education Committee, a Trustee and Regional Liaison for the NAWIC Education Foundation (NEF), and a member of the Federation of Women Contractors (FWC).
Rosary A. Hernandez is first generation Cuban American. Rosary’s areas of practice include commercial and business litigation, professional liability defense, construction law, and tort defense including tortious interference and related claims. Since 1993 she has represented clients in litigation and arbitration in Texas, Arizona, and California. Rosary’s last several years of practice have involved construction related matters, assisting developers, builders, and contractors manage their risk through difficult economic circumstances.
Katie Hayes, Private Wealth Associate supports the Firm’s private wealth initiatives and manages the client onboarding process. She is an integral part of the ongoing client relationship and works closely with our lead advisors in addressing client’s financial planning needs. Katie is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner designation and is also involved in the Capital Strategies Women’s Forum.
Katie graduated Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Social Work and a minor in Criminal Justice.
Angel Douglas Stiemert (Pronounced Steemert) has been in the construction industry for over 15 years where she’s run a concrete products plant, worked on project management teams, and has now found herself as Ryan Companies’ Great Lakes Region Business Operations Manager. Her daily work consists of guiding project teams on roles and responsibilities, managing several offices, leading the project coordination and administration teams, solving problems, and even gets to plan the occasional party. Her focus is on training and development of her region’s employees and encouraging job satisfaction through many different outlets.
As a Project Assistant at Benike Construction, Jessi supports all aspects of construction projects. She is a rising star in the SE Minnesota construction scene and volunteers her time to promote careers in construction and advocating for women in construction. Jessi has been working in the construction industry since 2012 when she earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Iowa State University. In addition to her experience at Benike, Jessi is also an active member of the Rochester Area Builders as a current board member, she is the past president of the Southeast Minnesota National Women in Construction Chapter 346, and is currently a member of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Greater Rochester program. Jessi not only has a passion for commercial construction, but is a self-proclaimed farm girl, enjoys working outside, and renovating her home.
