She has over a decade of international aid and development experience working around the world developing bold leaders, building highly effective teams, delivering medical trainings and medical care.

Corinne Hancock is a former Director of Clinics and Training Programs for Project C.U.R.E., a global leader in bringing medical aid to low-income countries. She brought together multi-generational, multi-cultural teams to train leaders, open clinics and deliver medical care in some of the most remote locations on the planet. Corinne is a certified leadership coach and has worked on numerous contracts with the Department of State and Department of Defense, helping develop the next generation of African Leaders and improve health care systems in some of the most underserved, war-torn parts of our world. She is known as a leader in disrupting the model of aid in Africa. She regularly travels to countries across the African continent and works with everyone from heads of state to tribal elders; and from US Ambassadors to remote village community members. She challenges them to create a better way to bring sustainable success to areas that need it the most. She has worked in conjunction with several for-profit and non-governmental organizations to help them Thrive in Chaos. Corinne is the Founder of The Curiosity Project, a nonprofit organization which provides healthcare and entrepreneurial opportunities in countries where people have limited access to resources.
During 2020, Corinne co-founded Mountain Freedom Coins, a veteran and woman owned company which celebrates people’s mountain summit accomplishments with handcrafted challenge coins. Corinne is also a volunteer wildland firefighter and a victim advocate for the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s department. She is a mother of two teenage boys, hobby farmer and aspiring bow hunter. She knows the pressure and exhaustion of keeping it all moving forward and she puts her Chaos Advantage Framework to the test daily.

Yolanda McIntosh
Yolanda is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota; the state's largest and longest-established commercial construction trade association. Yolanda is responsible for leading efforts in building more intentional and inclusive initiatives to assist member contractors in establishing equity in business cultures and providing greater opportunities for diverse populations in the commercial construction industry.
Yolanda possesses a wealth of industry experience with an advanced degree and extensive employment history in both the public and private sectors. Yolanda has been a leading voice for more diversity and inclusion throughout the construction industry and was selected as a finalist for Finance & Commerce Top Women In Construction 2020 for her Outstanding Service to the Profession.
Kevin Bright, CEM, LEED Fellow, LEED AP BD+C and O+M,
Is the Director of Housing & Sustainability for the DMC EDA and the City of Rochester. His main functions are to ensure the DMC development projects meet the net zero goals outlined in the DMC Development Plan, convene the Energy Integration Committee; a collection of energy-focused stakeholders to discuss and implement high-level energy goals for development, and advocate for sustainability, health, and wellness issues throughout the community.

Katherine Osterman, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, ENV SP
Katherine Osterman is a sustainability leader passionate about human-centered design, health and wellness in the built environment, and nature inspired buildings that restore our world. She has extensive sustainability experience in building design and construction and works as a Sustainability Consultant for Catalyst Partners performing project reviews for LEED and WELL Certifications. She graduated with a B.S. in Mathematics and Applied Physical Analysis from Creighton University and achieved an Executive Masters in Natural Resources from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys dancing, painting, volunteering, and spending time in nature hiking and camping.
Mike Benike | Executive Vice President | Benike Construction Mike is a self-proclaimed green building enthusiast. After graduating from the University of MN with dual degrees is Civil Engineering and Construction Management, Mike joined the family construction business. He has studied green building and lean construction practices over his 15 years in the industry. Mike managed construction for Rochester’s only LEED Platinum building – Cascade Meadow Wetlands & Environmental Science Center (now St Mary’s University).
